Multi-Service Center located at 3311 Pacific Avenue, opened in 1979 as a one-stop service center where Livermore and Tri-Valley residents can improve their quality of life and strengthen individuals, teens and families through services and activities. It is a place where individuals and agencies work together with respect for all people of all cultures.
